What are the payment options for me?
 
You pay securely using your credit card (most of countries) or bank account (e.g. Australia) through PayPal. If you have any trouble to make payment with PayPal, please contact us for alternative payment options like wire transfer or Western Union.

How do I complete my enrollment in the Expanded Use Program after I register a PayPal account?
 
When you add a credit card to your new PayPal account, you may need to enroll in the Expanded Use Program to waive your sending limit (e.g. $100), depending on your country or region.

When you enroll, PayPal charges your card an Expanded Use fee and issues you a randomly generated, four-digit Expanded Use number. Check your next paper or online credit card statement and look for the four-digit number next to Expanded Use fee. The Expanded Use number is located right before the word PAYPAL in the description of the transaction, like this: 1234PAYPAL *EXPUSE. After you get your Expanded Use number, log in to your PayPal account and click the Complete Expanded Use Enrollment link on the Account Overview page to complete your enrollment.

If you do not enroll in the Expanded Use Program at the time you add a credit card, you can enroll later using the Credit Cards page in your account Profile.

Within 24 hours of sending a payment from your PayPal account, the Expanded Use fee is credited to your PayPal account as a bonus. It will be the same amount and currency of the Expanded Use fee.
 

Will my account be activated immediately after payment?
 
Yes. Your account will be activated instantly. After successful payment, you will receive an email including your account and password.

Upgrade and Renew

I've found a new version of Compiere/Openbravo/Adempiere Flash Training. How much does it cost to upgrade?
 
Free or not, depending on if your account has expired. If your account is active, you can use new version of Compiere/Openbravo/Adempiere Flash Training for free. If your account was activated 365 days ago, you need to renew your account.

Once your account is activated, you're benefited by the 1-year free upgrade guarantee.

Yes. If you need to submit more support tickets or track existing support tickets, please renew or upgrade your account.
